We stock standard sizes in sliding windows and doors, available for purchase off the shelf and often delivered on the same day. Custom sized windows & doors are manufactured and delivered within 10 working days of ordering.

Stocks of "factory seconds" in doors and windows are dependent on what is available by our various suppliers, usually on a monthly basis. Seconds cannot be ordered and we are only able to sell what is in stock.

Our "factory seconds" are not second hand or used items. All seconds are listed and discounted accordingly, they may  have flaws and this will be outlined.
