We stock factory seconds and can get custom materials ordered promptly. We carry in stock standard sizes in new sliding windows which are available off the shelf. Other types of windows (awnings, double hung, louvers etc) we will only have in stock in Factory Seconds but we can order them in brand new as well.

Stocks of factory seconds in Doors and Windows is dependent on what is made available by our various suppliers, usually on a monthly basis. Seconds cannot be ordered and we are only able to sell what is in stock.

Sliding Windows:
	Sliding Windows – Sliding windows consist of one or more sliding and fixed panels of glass. Some examples of configurations of sliding windows (where S stands for sliding panel and F stands for fixed panel) include
	SF – Standard sliding windows consisting of one sliding panel and one fixed panel.
	SFS – These sliding windows have a fixed panel of glass in the middle, with a sliding panel on either side. The sliding panels slide into the middle leaving an opening on either end.
	FSSF - These windows have a fixed panel on either end, with two sliding panels in the middle. One panel slides each way leaving an opening in the middle.

 
Awning Windows – Awning windows are hinged at the top and either wind (on a chain winder) or push out at the bottom. Chain winders generally allow for the bottom of the window to be opened 300mm. Other options without the chain winder will allow for the window to be opened more than this but please contact us for details.

Casement Windows – Casement windows are similar to awnings, but they are hinged on one side (instead of the top) and push out at the other side.

Double Hung Windows – Double hung windows slide up and down rather than side to side.

Fixed Windows – Fixed windows are fixed panels of glass that do not open. They can be one or multiple panels of fixed glass.

Louvre Windows – Louvre windows consist of multiple blades of glass which can be opened via a handle on the inside of the window. These types of windows allow for maximum air flow.

Custom sized windows are manufactured and delivered within 10 working days of ordering. Stocks of factory seconds in Doors and Windows is dependent on what is made available by our various suppliers, usually on a monthly basis. Seconds cannot be ordered and we are only able to sell what is in stock.

Seconds are factory seconds are NOT SECOND-HAND or Used Items.
All seconds are listed and discounted accordingly, they will have minor flaws and this will be outlined in their description, please see links below for sizing.
